The weather for any exchange or refund MUST NEVER EXCEED 15 days from the date of purchase.

CHANGES

Only available for SPAIN (peninsula) and PORTUGAL (peninsula).

The changes WILL have a cost of 6.90€.

ATTENTION
In order to make a product change, this:
- You must have the original labels and original packaging.
- NO may have been used.
- NO it will be possible to exchange large volume products such as: sacks, tatamis...
- NO products considered intimate apparel such as: mouthpieces, bandages, anklets, anklets, panties, women's tops... can be returned.
- Products considered "gift" products NO have changes.

INFORMATION IMPORTANT ABOUT THE PACKS:

- In case you want to CHANGE the size or model of an item included in a PACK, only gloves or shin guards may be changed.
- The rest of the items included in the PACK (bandages, ankle braces, mouth guard and pouch) no changes allowed.
- When the change of one of the ALLOWED items is managed, the difference will be applied corresponding between the price of the item purchased in the pack and its individual sale price.
(No EXCEPTIONS will be made with respect to the conditions indicated in the 3 previous points of the PACK section).

Once the new order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a "return label", "QR code" or "barcode" so that you can return the material to be exchanged. You must go to to an office or point of MailThe material will be received and packaged upon presentation of the label or code.

Important: Your new order will not leave the premises until the material to be returned has been taken to a delivery point.

RETURNS

The material must be clearly identified so that we can process the refund (we recommend including in the inside package el customer's name y order number). If our staff cannot find out which customer the item belongs to, unfortunately we will not be able to refund.

REMEMBER that, in order to be able to return a product, this:
- It must have the original labels and original packaging.
- NO may have been used.
- NO large volume products such as: bags, punching balls, tatamis... can be returned.
- NO used products that are considered intimate apparel such as: mouth guards, bandages, anklets, anklets, panties, women's tops... can be returned.
- Yes received a gift at the time of purchase, and returns all the order material or the final amount order does not exceed the conditions for receiving gifts, this will also MUST be returnedIf not, you will be reimbursed for the amount of discounting the price of the gift.

RETURN OF PACKS:
- Only the GLOVES, SHINPERS and BAG can be returned.
- The rest of the items included in the PACK (bandages, ankle supports and mouth guard) NO REFUNDS ALLOWED. The amount corresponding to these items will be deducted from the final reimbursement.

In order to make a return, you will need to create one from the confirmation email you received on delivery of the material. Once you have the return label or QR Code, you must deliver it to a Correos point/office, where they will pack your order and return it to our facilities.

- Returns from Spain (peninsula) and Portugal will have a cost of 9,90€.
- The cost of return from the Balearic Islands and Rest of Europa is 14,90€.
- The returns from the Canary Islands run by customer account.
(The cost generated by the return will be deducted at the time of reimbursement).

Once we receive the return, and after checking that everything is correct, we will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method you used in the order. The period of time from the time you make the return until you receive the refund can range from 5 to 15 days.

Should any returns arrive at our logistics warehouse NO COMPLY with the indications detailed above, Buddha Sports reserves the right to deduct expenses arising from mismanagement..
