DELIVERY TIMES

- Spain and Portugal (peninsula), will be delivered within 48 to 72h. When placing the order you can choose, with an extra cost, Express transport of 24/48 hours (for orders placed before 14h).

- Rest of mainland Europe, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, will be delivered within 7 to 10 days (Buddha Sports SLU, will not be responsible for additional customs costs).

-Heavy items such as punching bags, tatamis or gym equipment will be delivered within 4 to 6 days (only Spain and Portugal (peninsula)).

IMPORTANT: delivery times will be effective from the next working day after the order is placed (Monday to Friday). No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
It is advisable to have a flexible delivery schedule and that at the destination address there is someone who can take care of the reception of the order.

Buddha Fight Wear will NOT assume any responsibility when the delivery can not be made due to: that the data provided by the customer are inaccurate, incomplete, the absence of the recipient or change of address. In the event that any of the above reasons occur and the package is returned to our warehouse, Buddha Sports SLU reserves the right to deduct the costs generated by the shipping and return when making the refund.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery date. In the same email you will receive a tracking link from the shipping company in charge of your order so that you can follow it at all times.

You will also be able to check the status of your shipment in the "My orders" section of your customer account. It is important that you check this link regularly as the courier will update it with all the information about the order.

Deliveries

At Buddha Fight Wear we offer delivery of our orders through Nacex, Correos, CBL or UPS (depending on the country and weight of the order).

Home delivery

The carrier will deliver the package to the address you provide when placing the order. The carrier will usually make two delivery attempts on consecutive working days.

If after several attempts it is not possible to make effective delivery, the package will be deposited in an office of the carrier so that you can go to pick it up within 5 days.

Information about Express Shipping Service

If you select express shipping at the end of the order, you will receive your order within 24h to 48h with a cost of 4.90€, in Spain and Portugal (peninsula).

You can see the availability and price of this service, as well as the exact date of delivery in the last step of the purchase process.

Express shipping is not available for heavy items, nor for long distance shipments.

Express shipping service may not be available for all zip codes.

Remember that express shipping charges are non-refundable, even if you return your order.

Where do we ship to?

Buddha Fight Wear ships to all of Europe, Balearic and Canary Islands (excluding some countries where we do not yet have shipping agreements).

For the rest of the countries that we don't have shipping agreements yet, we are still working to ship as soon as possible.

My order is divided into several shipments

We know how important it is for you to receive your order as soon as possible. That's why, sometimes, we will send you separately items that are heavier (punching bags, wall bags...)

When this happens, we will let you know in advance.

I received the wrong product

We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you.

First of all, please check the ORDER HISTORY section (inside your customer account), and verify that the item received is different from the one you ordered. If it is different please contact our customer service through:

We will email you a free return label. When the item arrives at our facilities and is reviewed, we will proceed to make the refund through the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

The time from the time the return is made until you receive the refund can take approximately 1 to 7 working days.

Defective Item

If upon receiving your order you see that you have a defective or damaged item, we are very sorry and we will try to fix it as soon as possible, for this we ask you to contact us through:

Returns and Refunds

How to return an item in Spain and Portugal (mainland Spain and Portugal).

You have 15 days to make your return!

We recommend that you go to our "Product Returns" section in our Customer Service section, and read carefully how to proceed to request a return.

IMPORTANT:

Products must be unused, in their original packaging and with their labels. The PACKS will be considered a single product, so in order to make an exchange or a return it CANNOT have been used any material that conforms that pack (in case that any material has been used the exchange/return will not be able to be made).

NO returns of undergarments (underwear, bandages, mouth guards, anklets) will be accepted even if they have not been used.

In case of returns of heavy material such as SACKS, TATAMI, PUNCHING BALL and MACHINES, the customer will assume the total of the transport costs.

If when making a return of any product that you made in the purchase, and the final amount of the final order does not reach the minimum payment, the 4.90€ of shipping costs will be discounted.

In addition, if you benefit from a discount on any of your purchases and subsequently return any product of the purchase made, in the refund to be made will be deducted the value of the discount obtained on your purchase.

Attention! Changes in Gift Items:

Important! Gift items cannot be exchanged. They are selected with love to bring joy and celebration, so be sure to check before confirming your purchase!

Refund

Once the return of your order arrives at our facilities and after being reviewed, we will refund your money back to the original form of payment.

Defective Item

All our items are checked before being shipped, but if you notice a defect upon receipt of your order, please send us a few photos of the product and details of the defect along with the order number to:

Size change

To change the size of any product of your order; you have to contact our customer service through the email euro@buddhafightwear.com and explain the change you want to make.

Buddha Warranty

In relation to the warranty of the products, the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, 2007 gives a legal guarantee of 3 years from the date of delivery (for manufacturing defect) to goods of a durable nature. Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity that manifest themselves in the two years following the delivery of the good already existed when it was delivered.

Buddha Sports does not guarantee a product damaged or worn by use, caused by training or poor care.

In case of defective product, BUDDHA SPORTS SLU will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the order, steps that will be free for the consumer and user.

Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, improper installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service where appropriate, or materials subject to wear and tear from normal use are not included.

Even in the event that the legal guarantee does not exist in accordance with the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, 2007, BUDDHA SPORTS SLU will make available to all its customers, without time limit, whether or not they are final consumers.
