Modification/Cancellation of an Order

Once the order has been placed and confirmed, it will go to the "Preparation" status in our logistics center, so it WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE to modify the items that compose it or cancel the order.

Likewise, once the preparation and/or shipping processes have begun, the order will generate processing and shipping costs, which WILL BE ASSUMED by the customer.
