Free transport*

Shipping costs:

Spain and Portugal (peninsula), free shipping for purchases over €29.90.

Lower orders will have a cost of €3.90.

Rest of mainland Europe, free shipping for purchases over €29.90.

Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, orders over €29.90 will have a shipping cost of €6.90.

For special orders of heavy material (full punching bags, tatami...), shipping costs will be calculated, depending on the weight, volume and destination. And it will be added to the total to be paid by the customer once the order is completed.

For the rest of mainland Europe, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, the minimum order is €29.90.

Delivery Times
  1. Spain and Portugal (peninsula), will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours. When placing the order you can choose, with an additional cost, Express transportation of 24/48 hours (for orders placed before 2:00 p.m.).
  2. Rest of mainland Europe, the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands, will be delivered within 3 to 6 days. (Buddha Sports SLU will not be responsible for additional customs costs)
  3. For heavy items such as punching bags, tatami mats or gym equipment, the delivery time will be 4 to 6 days. (Only Spain and Portugal (peninsula)).

IMPORTANT: delivery times will be effective from the next business day after placing the order (Monday to Friday). Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

It is advisable to have a flexible delivery schedule and that there be someone at the destination address who can take charge of receiving the order.

Buddha Fight Wear will NOT assume any responsibility when delivery cannot be made due to: the data provided by the client being inaccurate, incomplete, due to the absence of the recipient or change of address. In the event that any of the reasons detailed above occur and the package is returned to our warehouses, Buddha Sports SLU reserves the right to deduct the costs generated by shipping and return when making the refund.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with the estimated delivery date. In that same email you will receive a tracking link from the transport company in charge of your order so that you can follow it at all times. You can also check the status of your shipment in the “My orders” section of your customer account. It is important that you check this link regularly as the courier will update it with all the information about the order.

Deliveries

At Buddha Fight Wear we offer the shipping of our orders through Nacex, Correos, CBL or UPS transport agencies (depending on the country and the weight of the order).

Home delivery

The transport company will deliver the package to the address you indicate when placing the order. The carrier will generally make two delivery attempts on consecutive business days.

If after several attempts it is not possible to make delivery, the package will be deposited in an office of the transport company so that you can go pick it up within a period of 5 days.

Information about the Express Transportation Service

If you select express shipping at checkout, you will receive your order within 24 to 48 hours with
a cost of €3.90, in Spain and Portugal (peninsula).
You will be able to see the availability and price of said service, as well as the exact delivery date in the last step of the purchasing process.

Express shipping is not available for heavy items, nor for those shipping long distance. Express shipping service may not be available to all zip codes.

Remember that express shipping costs are not refundable, even if you return the order.

Where do we ship to?

Buddha Fight Wear ships to all of Peninsular Europe, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands (excluding some countries where we do not yet have transport agreements).

For the rest of the countries that we do not yet have shipments, we continue working so that these can be made effective as soon as possible.

My order is divided into several shipments

We know how important it is for you to receive your order as soon as possible. That is why, sometimes, we will send you heavier items separately (punching bags, wall bags...)

When this happens, we will notify you in advance.

I received a wrong product

First of all, check in the ORDER HISTORY section (within your customer account) that the item received is different from the one ordered. If it is different please

We will email you a free return label. When the item arrives at our facilities and is inspected, we will proceed to make the refund through the same payment method that you used when making the purchase.

The time period from when the return is made until you receive the refund may take
approximately 1 to 7 business days.

In order to receive the correct item, you must place a new order.

We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you.

Defective Item

If upon receiving your order you see that you have a defective or damaged item, we are very sorry and we will try to solve it as soon as possible. To do this, we ask that you contact us through:

Returns

Return your orders, free of charge, within 15 days (Spain and Portugal (Iberian Peninsula)). The products must be unused, in their original packaging and with their labels. Intimate clothing (cups, bandages, mouth guard) cannot be returned. For heavy materials (sacks, tatami mats, etc.), the client must send them by their own means and will bear the shipping costs.

Refund

Once your returned order arrives at our facilities and after being reviewed, we will refund your money to the original form of payment.

The time period from when you make the return until you receive the refund can range between 5 and 15 business days.

IMPORTANT: The products must be unused, in their original packaging and with their labels. Intimate clothing (cups, bandages, mouth guard).

How to return an item in Spain and Portugal (Peninsula)

You have 15 days to make your return!

To return an item sent by Buddha Fight Wear, access your customer account on our website and in the “MY ORDERS” section you can request a free return label.

This label does not need to be printed, you just have to show it at the POST office of your choice and deposit the package within 3 days.

Prepare the package and deliver it to a Post Office.

To make a return you must package the items with special care so that they are not damaged during transport.

In case of breakage, loss or deterioration caused by poor packaging, no refund will be made.

If you received a gift when you placed the order you are going to return, this must also be returned and sent to our address. If you do not return it, its value will be discounted when making the refund.

How to return an item in Europe and the Canary or Balearic Islands

1- The client must send the article(s) by their own means to:

Package reception hours: Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

This shipment can be made through the transport company of your choice. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

2- The items to be returned must keep their labels intact and the transparent bag with the barcode where the items go. THEY CANNOT HAVE BEEN USED .

3- Together with the item(s) to be returned, you must attach the ORDER NUMBER . This number is automatically sent by email when placing the order and consists of 5 digits. For example #10123.

4- Once we receive the item in our warehouse and check that everything is correct, we will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method that you used when placing the order.

5-If when you placed the order
If you are going to return received a gift, this must also be returned and sent to our address. If you do not return it, its value will be discounted when making the refund.

The time period from when you make the return until you receive the refund can range between 5 and 15 business days.

Shipping costs that the customer has paid when placing the order will not be refunded.

Buddha Guarantee

In relation to the guarantee of the products, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16 grants durable goods a legal guarantee of 3 years from the date of delivery (due to factory defect). Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity that manifests itself in the two years following the delivery of the good already existed when it was delivered.

Buddha Sports does not guarantee a product damaged or worn due to use, caused by training or poor care.

In the event of a defective product, BUDDHA SPORTS SLU will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replace, reduce the price or resolve the order, procedures that will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

Deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable tension, incorrect installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service when applicable, or materials subjected to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.

Even in the event that the legal guarantee does not apply in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, BUDDHA SPORTS SLU will make it available to all its clients, without time limit, whether or not they are end consumers.

Size change

To make a size change, you must request a return and place a new order.

How can I pay for orders?

· Paypal: If you place the order online, you can make payment through Paypal. A commission that PayPal adds to your order will apply.
· Servired: If you place the order online, you can place the order using a bank card.
· Express payment with Google Pay and Shop Pay

Is my data Protected?

Your data will be treated confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secure server software. The encrypted order information, data such as name, address, etc., cannot be read by third parties. Credit card payments will also be verified through 3D and Stripe security procedure.
