Free Transportation

Shipping costs:

Spain and Portugal (peninsula), free shipping for purchases over 29,90€.

Lower orders will have a cost of 4.90€.

Rest of Europe peninsular, free shipping for purchases over 29,90€.

Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, orders over 29,90 will have a shipping cost of 6,90€.

For special orders of heavy material (full punching bags, tatami...), shipping costs will be calculated, depending on weight, volume and destination. And will be added to the total to be paid by the customer once the order is finalized.

For the rest of mainland Europe, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, the minimum order is 29.90€.

Delivery Times
  1. Spain and Portugal (peninsula), will be delivered within 48 to 72 hours. When ordering you can choose, with an extra cost, Express transport of 24/48 hours.
  2. Rest of mainland Europe, Canary Islands and Balearic Islands, will be delivered within 7 to 10 days (Buddha Sports SLU, will not be responsible for additional customs costs).
  3. For heavy items such as punching bags, tatamis or gym equipment the delivery time will be 4 to 6 days (only Spain and Portugal (peninsula)).

IMPORTANT: delivery times will be effective from the next working day after the order is placed (Monday to Friday). No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

It is advisable to have a flexible delivery schedule and that at the destination address there is someone who can take care of the reception of the order.

Buddha Fight Wear will NOT assume any responsibility when the delivery can not be made due to: that the data provided by the customer are inaccurate, incomplete, the absence of the recipient or change of address. In the event that any of the above reasons occur and the package is returned to our warehouse, Buddha Sports SLU reserves the right to deduct the costs generated by the shipping and return when making the refund.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery date. In that same email you will receive a tracking link from the shipping company in charge of your order so that you can follow it at all times. You will also be able to check the status of your shipment in the "My orders" section of your customer account. It is important that you check this link regularly as the courier will be updating it with all the information about the order.

How can I pay for my orders?

· Paypal: If you order through the web you can pay by Paypal. A commission will be applied that PayPal adds to your order.
· Servired: If you place the order through the web you can pay by credit card.
· Pago Express with Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Deliveries

At Buddha Fight Wear we offer the shipping of our orders through Nacex, Correos, CBL or UPS (depending on the country and the weight of the order).

Home delivery

The carrier will deliver the package to the address you specify when placing the order. The carrier will usually make two delivery attempts on consecutive working days.

If after several attempts it is not possible to make effective delivery, the package will be deposited in an office of the carrier so that you can go to pick it up within 5 days.


If it is necessary to change the shipping address due to an incident in the address provided by the customer, the costs generated by such modification shall be borne by the customer.

Express Transportation Service Information

If you select express shipping at the end of the order, you will receive your order within 24h to 48h with
a cost of 3.90€, in Spain and Portugal (peninsula).
You can see the availability and price of this service, as well as the exact date of delivery in the last step of the purchase process.

Express shipping is not available for heavy items, nor for long distance shipments. Express shipping may not be available for all zip codes.

Please note that express shipping charges are non-refundable, even if you return your order.

Where do we send?

Buddha Fight Wear ships to all of mainland Europe, Balearic and Canary Islands (excluding some countries that we still do not have transport agreements).

For the rest of the countries that we do not yet have shipments, we are still working so that these can be made effective as soon as possible.

My order is divided into several shipments

We know how important it is for you to receive your order as soon as possible. That's why, sometimes, we will send you separately items that are heavier (punching bags, wall bags...)

When this happens, we will let you know in advance.

I received the wrong product

First of all, check in the ORDER HISTORY section (inside your customer account), that the item received is different from the one ordered. If it is different please

Do you want to make a return on your own?

Important: inside the package you must attach the order number you have from the purchase in order to identify which order the return corresponds to (for example: #23589).

REMEMBER that, in order to be able to return the product, this:
- Must have the original labels and original packaging.
- It can NOT have been used
- You can NOT return large volume products such as: bags, tatamis...
- You can NOT return products considered intimate apparel such as: mouth guards, bandages, panties, feminine tops...
- If you received a gift at the time of purchase, this must also be returned; otherwise, you will be refunded the amount by deducting the price of the gift.

Once we receive the return, and after checking that everything is correct, we will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method you used in the order. The period of time from the time you make the return until you receive the refund can range from 5 to 15 working days.

Buddha Warranty

In relation to the warranty of the products, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, 2007 grants to durable goods a legal warranty of 3 years from the date of delivery (for manufacturing defect). Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity that manifest themselves in the two years following the delivery of the good already existed when it was delivered.

Buddha Sports does not guarantee a product damaged or worn by use, caused by training or poor care.

In case of defective product, BUDDHA SPORTS SLU will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the order, steps that will be free for the consumer and user.

Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage, improper installation not carried out by the authorized Technical Service where appropriate, or materials subject to wear and tear from normal use are not included.

If upon receipt of the product, it has a manufacturing problem or a problem arising from transport and the customer does not report it within 2 days (from receipt), it is understood that the customer is satisfied with the product received, not being able to exercise future warranty rights.

Even in cases where there is no legal guarantee in accordance with the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, BUDDHA SPORTS SLU will make available to all its customers, without time limit, whether or not end consumers.

Discount and/or Gift Codes

- Discount Codes: each user will be able to make use of an infinite number of discount codes, but NO more than one code can be used per order. The discount code will be used on the final checkout page.



- Gifts: Our Marketing team works continuously to offer special gift promotions for our customers. These gifts may vary depending on the time of year. They are also limited offers, so gifts will be shipped while supplies last. Gifts are activated on surprise dates and times, so keep an eye on our social networks!

IMPORTATE: Gifts may NOT be added to orders placed prior to the promotion activation date.
Discount codes and gifts CANNOT BE ACCUMULATED in the same order.

Returns

Return your orders, free of charge, within 15 days (Spain and Portugal (Iberian Peninsula)). The products must be unused, in their original packaging and with their labels. Intimate apparel (panties, bandages, mouth guard) cannot be returned. For heavy materials (bags, tatamis, ...) the customer must send it by his own means and will bear the shipping costs.

Return of Refund

Once the return of your order arrives at our facilities and after being reviewed, we will refund your money to the original form of payment.

The period of time from the time you make the return until you receive the refund can range from 5 to 15 working days.

IMPORTANT: Products must be unworn, in their original packaging and with their tags. Intimate apparel cannot be returned (panties, bandages, mouth guard).

Can I become a Buddha Sports Distributor?

YES, you can register as a company/self-employed and fill out our contact form with us and we will assign you a special rate for wholesalers. Is my data protected?

Your data will be treated confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secure server software, encrypted order information, such as name, address, etc., cannot be read by third parties.
