PRODUCT CHANGES

IMPORTANT!
Once you have confirmed the change with our experts, you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted the information below. Consequently, you cannot later claim ignorance of the terms and conditions reported here.

The changes WILL HAVE a cost of 5€ (which will be paid cash on delivery at the time of receiving the order at your home). The cost of 5€ will only be for the FIRST EXCHANGE. If you wish to make more changes, the cost of each new change will be 10€.

The time for any exchange or return MUST NOT EXCEED 15 days from the date of purchase.

TO MAKE EXCHANGES
If you wish to make an exchange of one or more products, you must contact us by email at EURO@BUDDHAFIGHTWEAR.COM.
In the message you must indicate:
- the number of your order.
- the product you wish to change.
- size of the new product you wish to receive.

After informing us of the change, wait for one of our experts to contact you to indicate the steps to follow.


(Note: Exchanges are only available for SPAIN (peninsula) and PORTUGAL).

In order to exchange a product, this:
- Must have the original labels and original packaging.
- Can NOT have been used
- You can NOT exchange large volume products such as: bags, tatamis...
- You can NOT return products considered intimate garments such as: mouthpieces, bandages, anklets, panties, feminine tops...

If the product you wish to exchange has a different value than the originally purchased product, the difference will be calculated.
-In case the new product has a lower price, the difference will be refunded to the customer.
In the event that the price of the new product is higher, the corresponding payment will be requested to complete the exchange.
