IMPORTANT!
By creating the label, you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted the information below. Consequently, you may not subsequently claim ignorance of the terms and conditions herein.

If you decide to return a product, it must be clearly identified so that we can process the refund. If our staff cannot find out which customer the item belongs to, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.

NOTE: The time for any exchange or return should not exceed 15 days from the date of purchase.

If you wish to make a return, you must create a shipping label from this section using the link. You do not need to print the label, but you must attach your order number with the product to be returned, pack the product to be returned, take it to an office and present the label at the office designated to ship your product. The label will have an expiration date of 3 days from the date of shipment.

-Returns from Spain (peninsula) and Portugal will have a cost of 5€.
-The cost of return from the Balearic Islands and Rest of Europe is 14.90€
-Returns from the Canary Islands are at the customer's expense.
(The cost of the return label will be deducted at the time the refund is made).

REMEMBER that, to be able to return the product, this:
- It must have the original labels and original packaging.
- It must NOT have been used
- You CANNOT return large volume products such as: bags, punching balls, tatamis...
- You CANNOT return products considered intimate apparel such as: mouth guards, blindfolds, bandages, underpants, feminine tops...
- If you received a gift at the time of purchase, this must also be returned, otherwise you will be refunded the amount discounting the price of the gift
-The PACKS will be considered as INDIVISIBLE products, so you can NOT return only a part of the pack.

Once we receive the return, and after checking that everything is correct, we will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method you used in the order. The period of time from the time you make the return until you receive the refund can range from 5 to 15 working days.

If you request a return of any product and the final amount remaining in the order does NOT exceed 29.90€ (for free shipping*), we will also proceed to deduct 5€ from the refund to be made, for the cost of the first shipment. If the above described occurs in an order placed outside Spain or Portugal, the price to be deducted will be 18.90€ for shipping costs.

If a change of size has been previously requested and the product is subsequently returned, this will be considered as a "second exchange" and the shipping costs will be deducted .

If any return arrives to our logistic warehouse that DOES NOT COMPLY with the indications detailed above, the customer will have to pay for the collection of the product.
