Product Changes

IMPORTANT!
Once you have accepted the change, you declare that you haveread, understood and fully accepted the information below. Consequently, you may NOT later claim ignorance of the terms and conditions reported here.

 

Note: Changes are only available for SPAIN (peninsula) and PORTUGAL.

Exchanges WILL HAVE a cost of 5.90€.
The time for any exchange or return MUST NEVER EXCEED 15 days from the date of purchase.

ATTENTION
In order to exchange a product, it must have the original tags and packaging:
- Must have the original tags and original packaging.
- It mustNOT have been used.
- It willNOT be possible to exchange large volume products such as: bags, tatamis...
- You canNOT return products considered intimate apparel such as: mouth guards, bandages, ankle braces, panties, women's tops...

- Products considered as "gifts" areNOT exchangeable.

 

PROCEDURE FOR PRODUCT EXCHANGE:

1.Click on the following link: https://bit.ly/CambiosyDevolucionesBuddha
2. Enter your zip code and the number of your order (it is important to enter the # in front of the number).
3. You will be shown all the material of which your order is composed and you must select the product you want to exchange (indicating a reason for which you want to make the return).
4. You must select that you want to make a "QUICK EXCHANGE" (first option).
5. Then you must choose the material for which you want to exchange and add it to the cart(you can add as many items as you want).
6. Once you have selected the new material and added it to the cart; you must go to the final payment page, where you must indicate the place where you want to receive the material and also proceed to make the payment of the costs that this new order may generate: difference in price of products (if any) and the costs generated by the change.

Once the new order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a "return label" or "QR code" so that you can return the material to be returned. You will have to go to a post office or post office, where, presenting the label or QR Code, you will receive the material and package it.

Important: Your new order will not leave our facilities until the material to be returned has been taken to a delivery point.
