IMPORTANT!

By creating the return label , you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted the information below. Consequently, you may not subsequently claim ignorance of the terms and conditions herein.

If you decide to return a product, the material must be clearly identified so that we can process the refund (we recommend including the customer's name and order number on the inside of the package). If our staff does not know which customer the item belongs to, unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.

NOTE: the time for any exchange or return MUST NOT EXCEED 15 days from the date of purchase.

REMEMBER that, in order to be able to return a product, it must have the original tags and packaging:
- Must have the original tags and original packaging.
- It CANNOT have been used.
- You can NOT return large volume products such as: bags, punching balls, tatamis...
- You can NOT return used products that are considered intimate apparel such as: mouth guards, bandages, anklets, anklets, panties, female tops....
- If you received a gift at the time of purchase, and you return all the material of the order or the final amount of the order does not exceed the conditions to receive gifts, this also MUST be returned, otherwise the amount will be refunded discounting the price of the gift.
-The PACKS will be considered as INDIVISIBLE products, so it will NOT be possible to return only a part of the pack.


In order to make a return, you must create a return label using the link at the bottom of the page.  Once you have the return label or QR Code, you must deliver it to a point / office of Correos, where they will pack your order and return it to our facilities.

Returns from Spain (peninsula) and Portugal will have a cost of 9.90€.
The cost of return from the Balearic Islands and Rest of Europe is 14.90€
-Returns from the Canary Islands are at the customer's expense.
(The cost generated by the return will be deducted at the time the refund is made).

Once we receive the return, and after checking that everything is correct, we will proceed to make the refund using the same payment method you used in the order. The period of time from the time you make the return until you receive the refund can range from 5 to 15 days.

If any return arrives to our logistic warehouse that DOES NOT COMPLY with the indications detailed above, the customer will be responsible for the collection of the product.
