Correct Order Receipt

In order to ensure the correct reception of your order, we kindly ask you to carefully check the condition of the package at the time of delivery before signing for receipt.

It is very important that you check that the packaging is in good condition, with no signs of damage, tampering or opening, and that the weight of the package corresponds to what is expected. If you detect any anomaly (knocks, breakage, altered seals or differences in weight), you must expressly indicate this on the delivery note or on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of receipt.

This check is essential in order to be able to correctly manage any incident.
